Biography:

Nocturna PIT (Perambulant In Tenebris) is an Italian Death Metal band born in the summer of 2001 from his founder Borgo (Alessandro Borghetti)

* 2001-2003

In its early days Nocturna PIT was more influenced by Melodic Black Metal, and the initial target was more on make cover of others famous bands.

* 2004-2007

After  many change of line-up Nocturna PIT decided to leave keyboards for have a more dirty and merciless sound, and move their style to a mix of the first European Death Metal and the Viking Metal . The new and definitive singer, QG , took place with a perfect scream and growl voice, exactly what the band was looking for. With this line-up Nocturna PIT had keep for a long time, with many live concerts and its first studio demo-tape.

#1 Studio Demo: “Nocturna Perambulant In Tenebris”. CD sold more than 500 copies. And was fully internet downloaded over 1700 times.

* 2008-2009

Paga leave the band during the April of 2007 and was substituted by Gio.  In this period the band was more concentrated on song writing and play more live. During the summer of 2009 Nocturna PIT goes to Fear Studios to record DEATH DAWN, the first studio album of the band.

* 2010

Finally the bands sign contract with Cakset Music, division of Copro Records (U.K.) for  the production and worldwide distribution of the debut album DEATH DAWN
